I think that this series is just great and everyone she should listen to this wonderful rendition for you can find so many links to so many other stories that it always leads to wonderful dialogues! This book sees Mr. Canis, dear friend and protector of the Grimm family, put on trial for past crimes. Is there any truth to the story told by Little Red Riding Hood?

Ganser , Michael Buckley , Mr. Ganser ISBN This book is amazing to listen to on CD, my kids absolutely love the story and the reader. We travel a lot and always have a book going the kids dance teacher learned that this is truly a self-defense mechanism after she traveled with my daughter to Vermont!
Ganser is truly gifted and has these characters down pat. I think that the truly telling piece of character development is the fact that Sabrina, Daphne, and Puck are currently between 9 and 12 years of age or the equivalent — Puck. In this story they meet their counterparts who are 15 years older and the voices are similar so you know they are the same person but different enough so you can accept that they have aged.
I was very impressed! The series is so wonderful for it takes the characters that we are familiar with and creates a story that is very possible with the tone of the tales. I would recommend these books to any family traveling on vacation in the car together for it is as entertaining to the adults as it is for the children and it uses information that we have hopefully gained in the past fairy tale characters and yet uses this information in new and exciting ways!
