There is a great, great need today for books of this type. Especially books for pastors and teachers of the Bible. There is a large gap in this leadership area. All we have to do is to sit and listen to a sermon or sit in a small group and you will learn of the need for leadership. So, this is an excellent book for all Christians to read.
