The memories, mistakes, and secrets that they have built up over the years are now tearing them apart. In here he seemed to speed read and force the story. Neither has she. One of the boys at the next table told Mrs. I hope they grow up and get married and have lots of weird babies. But I would leave that window shut and locked, so that every time you tried to look through it all you would see is your own reflection.

But Gavin was a rebel. He knew his mother would disown him if she found out about us; in his eyes, we just had to be careful. He never treated me as his mother did - like hired help. Hardships and heartache brought them together Layken and Will have proved their love can get them through anything; until someone from Will's past emerges, leaving Layken questioning the very foundation on which their relationship was built.

Will is forced to face the ultimate challenge: how to prove his love for a girl who refuses to stop "carving pumpkins". I'm a little torn on this book, I loved most of it but didn't love a little of it.

After a re-listen of Slammed I had too continue onto book 2 immediately it's been almost 6 years since my first read. I loved seeing how much these characters all grew in this book. Life handed them all a ton of suck but they still found all kinds of sweet! I could have done without the long drawn out "fight" but the rest of this book was so perfect, it totally made up for it.

I loved the stars and butterfly you! I also loved the kids, all of them were awesome and honest. I hope someday to get a book for all 3 of them as adults, I want to see them get there HEA after the life they've all had. The end of this book made my heart happy! The narration was ok, at first I wasn't sure about him but he grew on me and hey he pronounced Ypsilanti correctly unlike the narrator for Slammed LOL.
