SED believes that these objectives can be accomplished in a manner that is cost effective to the client. The production of technically accurate, coordinated, and economically sound Design Documents is the highest priority of SED and its team of sub-consultants.
Our products; consisting of the working civil drawings, surveys, details, specifications, cost estimates, and design calculations are a coordinated effort by the entire Design Team from start to finish. At the inception of the project, SED coordinates with the client, architect, mechanical engineer, structural engineer, landscape architect, and other team members involved in the project. The specifications are written by the SED project manager, and are used as a further check on the accuracy of the drawings. It is at this stage that the SED project manager is responsible for ensuring that careful coordination exists between the drawings and the specifications.
